Timetable changes May ’16

Hi Gang.

Well here we are at the beginning of another Irish Summer. Here’s hoping for a good one where we can show off all our hard work at the beach.

Just to fill ye in on how the year is going so far. As always the Gym is doing great. Thai Boxing classes are very busy at the moment. This is all due to Tommy and his enthusiasm. We have a lot of interest again with people wanting to compete, but as always the classes are also suitable for people that just want to learn a new skill and get fit. We’re also in the process of getting our own branded Thai and MMA shorts, really looking forward to how these turn out.

We’re playing around a little with the class schedule to see how it works. I’m attaching a new timetable and this will be the schedule until further notice. The main changes are BoxingYoga now on a Thursday at 6:15 and an extra Thai Boxing class on Wednesdays at 8:00 pm.

We had 14 members climbing Carrauntouhill on the Bank-holiday, although not everyone reached the top; everyone had a great day. We’re planning some more of these outings. The next one is on the 19th June. This is climbing the Galtees in aid of M.S. Ireland. Keep an eye on Facebook for updates.
