Our X-Fit classes combine traditional strength training methods with high intensity interval training in order to help people gain a broad and general level of fitness. The classes are a mix of aerobic exercise, gymnastics, strength training.

Workouts can be scaled or adjusted to allow for various levels of fitness/skill and also to allow for any minor injuries that partcipants may have.
Classes take place indoors and when weather permits, we move things outdoors to make the most of any opportunities we have.
