Our Combat Conditioning classes combine high-intensity aerobics and resistance training and helps to develop strength, endurance (aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination all in one workout. We believe strongly in using a variety of training methods allowing your body to adapt and improve consistently.
A typical class lasts 45 minutes can involve anything from traditional Circuit Training sessions to Crossfit influenced sessions, with classes taking place outdoors whenever the weather allows us!
The full body is worked with participants using kettlebells, dumbells, barbells, resistance bands and bodyweight to work up a sweat and burn up to 1000 calories in the process!
Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with some of the exercises. Everything will be demonstrated before the class, and instructors are always at hand during the class to answer any questions, and ensure you are working out safely and efficiently.
The difference between Combat Conditioning and a typical gym session is the intensity. In these classes, you challenge your body by working it to its limit. You work, sweat, and best of all, you burn calories like crazy!!!
