At the Train Station Gym, the happiness and health of our clients are absolutely key to us. We don’t believe in having hundreds of clients that we never see, so choose to work with a smaller client base where we can get to know each and every one of our clients, their goals and ultimately, provide a higher quality service.

It wasn’t until I saw this photo that I realised I was at what I would call the HEART ATTACK stage!
There and then I decided to sort my shit out.
I had previously been to other gyms and yoyo dieting, but none of them worked, and nothing has motivated me as much as the lads at the Train Station Gym have.
My workouts are now a hobby and are no longer a chore (I love it!). I’ve now lost 3stone 4lbs and my life has changed immensely thanks to Des and the Train Station Gym.
I’m still training to get to where I want to be, but I know that with the help I get from Des, that I will get there.

Mattia started training with us in April 2012 weighing in at 119kgs.
He moved to Gibralter in January 2013 for a new job weighing 93kgs. Not only did he lose all the weight, but his coordination improved dramatically, and he went from a guy who could hardly move out of his own way to training in Olympic Weightlifting, which requires great strength, power, flexibility and coordination.
At the Train Station Gym, we don’t believe in “Quick Fix” diets. We encourage lifestyle changes that are maintainable long-term.
